Bringing simplification to complex pricing structures
Fintech’s pricing model was initially handled via Excel spreadsheets. While the underlying methodology had been developed and honed over many years, it was time consuming to prepare and impractical to turn into a high-quality client-facing presentation. Our first major project was to drive a simplification of the pricing process outcomes and turn it into a fully automated system that looked great. By introducing a question and answer structure, we provided a streamlined and highly structured approach to pricing.
The result? A comprehensive engagement document, generated automatically, that offers a series of customisable options tied to the clients’ goals and preferences. This dynamic document changes based on key goals and client life stages, thereby creating a visually stunning output that supports Fintech’s mission of offering the very best advice.
Reimagining the review process
Part of our work with Fintech included a deep automation of the review pack. Again, building on the strong foundation we had with a clear review structure, we were able to take it to the next level. We integrated existing client experience technologies, such as Astute Wheel, and took advantage of their website as part to digitise the risk profiling process. This led to the creation of a review presentation document, tailored to past client engagements and details on file.
Moreover, we rebuilt their historical performance charts to match their risk profiles and brand preferences. This task required some excel-based consulting work, data periodically sourced from Morningstar, along with our in-house marketing and design expertise, supported by our compliance expertise. The result was an output that lived up to Fintech’s high-touch, high-expectations, and UHNW client expectations.
Elevating client portal experience
Another significant project we undertook for Fintech was the transition to the latest version of the Xplan client portal. We provided comprehensive support through setup, deployment of best practices, and the development of customised reporting to meet client expectations, all in a tight timeframe.
