Simply Kaizen is a consultancy owned and operated by Patrick Flynn, bringing his own experience and support network to advice practices and licensees. Working in advice since 2005, Patrick’s experience spans every aspect of the advice process and management. Having worked with practices nationwide, he is best known for bringing a fresh approach and technology to advice.

It’s Patrick passion for bringing together the win-win-win of client experience, efficiency, and risk management that inspired him to start Simply Kaizen. In addition to his consulting work, Patrick also owns two other initiatives designed to get win-win-win outcomes for advisers and their clients: Simply Advice Websites and Life Goal Cards.
All of management’s efforts for Kaizen boil down to two words: customer satisfaction.

Simply Kaizen was born out of a relentless commitment to continuous improvement with a drive for simple solutions.
Having had a lifelong commitment to continuous improvement, Kaizen had been a natural fit to Patrick’s approach in all things long before formally adopting the management theory.

Our logo
The logo for Simply Kaizen is a nod to the Japanese roots of the Kaizen philosophy. It is built from the Japanese asanoha leaf pattern which is linked to robust growth.
Each of the three tones in the logo represent one of the three aspects we target in all of our work: Client experience, efficiency, and risk management.
